Digital Pulse Diagnosis: From "Three Regions, Nine Indications" to 1000 Hz Objective Sampling

This review focuses on the objective acquisition of the 18 pulse signals across the "three regions, nine indications" framework, covering:

1. Engineering of an automatic pulse-finding mechanism that locates the radial artery surface with target precision ≤ 1 mm;
2. Multi-channel time-series acquisition under graded pressure with 1000 Hz sampling and signal integrity;
3. Pulse-feature parameterisation and visualisation (force, position, shape, rate) to support clinical judgement by physicians;
4. Physician workflow: re-pulse, remote consultation and structured medical-record sedimentation.
