- 03Doctor gatekeepingThe offline first visit must be conducted in person and signed off by the on-site TCM physician; online covers follow-up and prescription flow only.
- 04Communication boundaryNo "wellness / massage / supplement" framing of disease treatment; no outcome-based advertising.
