Process

Four steps to book

    Fill out the booking intent on this page.

    Team contact
    The Internet Hospital team will contact you within 1–3 business days.
  3. 3
    Capture / consultation
    Visit a partner point for capture, or go straight to remote consultation.
  4. 4
    Prescription fulfillment
    Doctor issues prescription → Central Pharmacy preparation → home delivery.
Emergency notice
For emergencies or severe acute symptoms, please go to an offline facility or dial 120. Internet diagnosis is not suitable for such scenarios.
