- One body: a licensed internet hospital as the medical anchor — all diagnosis, syndrome differentiation, prescription and follow-up are performed by real licensed TCM physicians within the compliant framework;
- Two wings: the offline network (direct / union / regional partnerships) and the herbal supply chain (sourcing centre + central pharmacy centre);
- Digital empowerment: digital pulse, tongue and face imaging, structured medical records and a physician-assistive model — designed to augment physicians, never to replace them.
The group emphasises that AI is an assistive tool for physicians and never a substitute for clinical judgement. All medical services are delivered by licensed TCM physicians inside the licensed internet hospital.
