Internet Diagnosis Scope

Internet diagnosis is suitable only for follow-up of diagnosed common and chronic conditions. Please read the boundaries below carefully.

Approved clinical departments

The Medical Institution Practising Licence of Chengdu Shuangliu Hongrun Kangyuan Internet Hospital approves the following departments: Traditional Chinese Medicine (internal medicine, dermatology, orthopaedics & traumatology, anorectal medicine, rehabilitation medicine) and Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine.

Needs outside these departments should be taken to an offline facility; we do not accept them through internet diagnosis.

Common conditions already diagnosed offline that need TCM care or follow-up.

Chronic condition adjustment
TCM-supportive adjustment and follow-up for chronic conditions.

Sub-health advisory
Sub-health adjustment guidance based on a doctor’s professional judgement.

Out of scope

01
Emergencies
Severe acute symptoms — go to an offline facility or dial 120.

First-visit without diagnosis
Cases never diagnosed offline that require diagnostic testing.

Surgery / procedural cases
Cases requiring surgery, imaging or laboratory testing are out of scope.

Outside approved departments
Conditions outside our approved clinical departments (e.g. gynaecology, paediatrics, surgery, oncology) are not accepted; please consult the relevant specialist facility.
