Internet Diagnosis Practice
Hongrun Kangyuan Internet Hospital makes the following practice commitments under the PRC Internet Diagnosis Management Measures (trial), Internet Hospital Management Measures (trial), Medical Institutions Regulations and applicable local rules.
What we do · What we don’t
Internet diagnosis is suitable only for follow-up of certain common and chronic conditions and TCM differentiation-based adjustment. It is not suitable for first-visit (initial diagnosis), emergencies, or cases requiring surgery or physical examination.
All consultation, syndrome differentiation, prescription, follow-up and adjustment are performed by licensed TCM doctors within the licensed Internet Hospital (Chengdu Shuangliu Hongrun Kangyuan Internet Hospital). AI models are used only to assist doctors (intake follow-up, syndrome reference, case structuring) and never replace doctors in diagnosis or prescription.
- Allowed onlineFollow-up of diagnosed chronic conditions, TCM differentiation, herbal prescription and delivery, medication advisory and prescription adjustment.
- Not allowed onlineFirst-visit, emergencies, conditions requiring imaging or laboratory testing, paediatric first-visit, communicable diseases.
- Refer offlineRapid symptom change, persistent high fever, bleeding, severe pain, obstetric complications — seek offline care immediately.
Practice and prescription oversight
All doctors are verifiable in the National Health Commission e-registry and hold TCM practitioner credentials; external experts practise via multi-institution authorisation.
Prescriptions are e-signed by the issuing doctor and reviewed by a licensed pharmacist before fulfillment; herbal prescriptions follow the Drug Administration Law and the Code for Medical Institution Decoction Rooms.

Informed consent · Complaints · Referral
Before consultation, the Internet Diagnosis Informed Consent, Medication Notice and Follow-up Guide are presented for explicit consent.
A Medical Quality Committee and an independent complaints channel handle disputes, dispensing errors and irregularities per the Regulations on the Prevention and Handling of Medical Disputes.

Under supervision per regulation
Chengdu Shuangliu Hongrun Kangyuan Internet Hospital is filed with the Shuangliu District Health Commission of Chengdu, included in the district / city / provincial internet-diagnosis supervision platforms, and subject to routine supervision and reporting by health, drug and market regulators.
